Bukovniško jezero

Bukovniško jezero, located near the village of Bukovnica in the Goričko region of Prekmurje, is a man-made lake created to control flooding and enhance the local ecosystem. The best time to visit Bukovniško jezero is from May to September, when the weather is warm and ideal for outdoor activities, camping, and enjoying the adventure park. Spring and autumn offer mild temperatures, blooming wildflowers, and fewer crowds, while summer is perfect for family outings and lakeside relaxation.
