Mini Zoo

The Mini Zoo in Radenci, known as Sikaluzoo, is a delightful family-friendly attraction nestled in the village of Boračeva, just a short drive from the spa town of Radenci. Spanning 2.7 hectares of living space and surrounded by lush forests and vineyard hills, the zoo offers a welcoming environment where visitors of all ages can connect with animals and nature.

Sikaluzoo is home to a diverse collection of friendly and socialized animals, including capybaras, lemurs, and a variety of bird species. The zoo is continually expanding, with new animals and habitats being added to enhance the visitor experience. Kids can enjoy pony rides, a well-equipped playground, and special animal encounters such as the lemur or capybara experience, which offer a hands-on introduction to these fascinating creatures.

Guided tours and educational programs make the zoo a popular destination for school groups, birthday parties, and family outings. The zoo is open daily from April to December, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with limited hours in November. Admission is €7 for children (ages 2–14), €12 for adults, and free for children under 2. Annual passes and group discounts are available, and tickets must be purchased up to one hour before closing (cash only).
