Otter Centre AQUALUTRA in Križevci na Goričkem

The Otter Centre AQUALUTRA is an educational centre in Goričko, the hilly landscape in the far northeast of Slovenia near the Hungarian and Austrian borders, in the Pomurje region. It is devoted to the Eurasian otter, Lutra lutra, a shy, semi-aquatic predator that is rarely seen in the wild but is an important indicator of the health of rivers and wetlands.
